Returns

We make every effort to assure your planner is all you expected. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it – unmarked and in its original condition – within 30 days. Call 314-920-9001 or email CustomerService@daysteps.com for an authorization number. Then write the number on a piece of paper, along with the reason for return, and mail it along with your order, with insurance, to:

Upon receipt of package by us you will be refunded the cost of the order plus sales tax (if any). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Six-month planner books purchased as part of a 12-month set can be returned only as part of the original set, with both books in new condition and cannot be returned individually.
